My painting takes a fun romp through pop culture, consumerism, corporate power and politics. It does so with a style that is influenced as much by TV, cartoons and comic books as it is by painters and art movements. Think of the narrative as an apocalyptic newscast with H.R. Puff n stuff as the commentator or, more simply, old-school Saturday morning cartoons for adults.
